REGISTER

To register for any of our courses please follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Print and complete the Bulls Eye Course Registration Form:

   If you can not directly view this document, download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software.

   Complete a separate registration form for each person attending the course.

2. Prepare payment in the form of a check or money order in the appropriate amount.

   We also accept payments and credit cards through PayPal. Click on the PayPal Payments button and follow instructions on the PayPal site. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one.

3. Send completed registration form(s) with check, money order, or a copy of your PayPal email receipt to:
